Description
Hands on Rock is an ancient meeting place for the Wiradjuri people of central western NSW.
The location consists of a wave-like shallow cave of sandstone adorned with rock art. These include hand-stencils and drawings of local fauna. The stencils have been made by unknown artists using pigments of ochre, gypsum and charcoal. The age of this site is unknown.
