Flooded bottomlands in Arkansas.
The river has risen in spring flooding the surrounding lowlands. The forest contains mostly bald cypress (taxodium distichum) and tupelo (nyssa) trees which can stand the annual inundation.
I am a photographer based in Sydney, Australia. I shoot mostly landscapes but include the occasional urban, flora and fauna shots for good measure. My photographs in these collections were taken in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Iceland and USA. Please note that watermarks do not appear on printed images.
