Superb Fairy Wren metal print by Nicholas Blackwell. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Superb Fairy Wren (Malurus cyaneus) is a shy, ground dwelling bird native to the eastern states of Australia.
Their body is about 4cm (1 1/2 inches) in diameter. They frequent dense shrubs and undergrowth. Adults are extremely restless and rarely stay still for more than a second or two, making them a challenge to photograph.
