The Regent Parrot (Polytelis anthopeplus), aka Rock Pebbler, is an Australian parrot found in the dry, scrubland regions of south-western New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia.
The bird features a yellow body, green wings with deep blue and red tips, and a deep blue tail. Their diet consists of seeds, flower buds and the occasional small insect.
I am a photographer based in Sydney, Australia. I shoot mostly landscapes but include the occasional urban, flora and fauna shots for good measure. My photographs in these collections were taken in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Iceland and USA. Please note that watermarks do not appear on printed images.
