Artist's Description

A view through the immensity of time and space.

Two billion years of sedimentation followed by 6 million years of uplift and erosion have created the wonder that is the Grand Canyon, Arizona. Even so the view changes on a moment by moment basis as the sun and clouds move quickly across the sky.
