Description
Victorian era homes in Steiner Street, San Francisco.
This stretch of homes, popularly known as the "Painted Ladies" is famous for the contrast between the Victorian architecture of the timber houses and the modernist architecture of downtown San Francisco in the background. A rosy glow from the sunset just adds to the magic of the scene.
