Glendhu Bay on Lake Wanaka, in the Otago region of New Zealand's south island.
Lake Wanaka is a deep glacial lake high in the Southern Alps. It's late spring and the lake is overflowing with snow-melt. The Matukituki River, which drains some of the high glaciers in the Mount Aspiring National Park to the west, flows into the lake from the west (on the right of the frame). The peak in the background is Treble Cone, a popular ski field.
