A ghostly mixture of volcanic steam and morning fog blankets the hot springs of Rotorua.

Rotorua is located in the North Island of New Zealand in the heart of the Taupo volcanic zone. It is famous for its thermal pools, geysers, and silica terraces. The steam is rich with the smell of sulphur from the volcanic gases bubbling up through the water.
