Late on a summer evening at Dove River in the central highlands of Tasmania.
Dove River flows through the Cradle Mountain Lake St Clair National Park, part of the larger Tasmanian Wilderness UNESCO world heritage area. The scenery here is glacial in origin, formed during past ice ages. A few stunted eucalypts accompany the tea trees, button grass and other hardy plants that eke out a living at the edge of the tree line.
I am a photographer based in Sydney, Australia. I shoot mostly landscapes but include the occasional urban, flora and fauna shots for good measure. My photographs in these collections were taken in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Iceland and USA. Please note that watermarks do not appear on printed images.
