Red-necked wallabies (also known as Bennett’s Wallabies) are found in forested and scrubland areas of eastern Australia. Adults stand up to 90 cm tall and weigh approximately 15 kg. Wallabies are herbivores whose diet includes grasses, vegetables and foliage. They are related to kangaroos and other members of the macropod family such as pademelons and quokkas.
